#1300: 7 Day Bangkok Trip

All seven days summarised by these photos.
No photos on 23rd July 2011 cos' we spent the entire day in Chatuchak Market and were sprawled all over the place.
Accurately speaking, I roamed around on my own. Heehee.

My loot!

I only bought 3 bags, 3 pairs of slippers, 1 pair of sandals, 1 pair of heels, 4 belts, 2 maxi dresses, 2 chiffon blouses, 1 dress, 1 pair of pants, 2 pairs of leggings, 1 Cath Kidston pouch, 1 Cath Kidston wallet, 1 Naraya make up pouch, 1 Mac eyeliner, 1 set of bra & panty, 5 bottles of nail polish, 3 pairs of earrings, 3 rings, 1 bracelet and 2 hair pieces for myself.
The rest are for my family and friends, like...
- 7 pairs of slippers for the entire family
- 2 pairs of three-quarts for my dad
- 2 sets of sleepwear for my mum
- 1 pair of slippers for my mum
- 1 blouse for grandma
- 1 wallet for uncle
- 1 auntie bag for my aunt
- 1 pair of kitty slippers for my cousin
- 1 mini hair straightener for ling
- 1 dress for ling
- 1 pair of shorts for ling
- 1 pair of floral wedges for ling
- 2 pairs of shorts for hui
- 1 cropped top for hui
- 3 pairs of circular shades for hui
- 2 rings for hui
- 1 pair of Facebook slippers for Ah Boy
- 1 pair of Google slippers for Ah Boy
- 1 pair of shades for Ah Boy
- 2 pairs of hello kitty tights for tingting
- 1 dress for tingting
- 1 pair of kitty slippers

Maybe it's the fact that I grew up in a large family that made me want to observe fairness as best as I can.
Be it within family or friends, I always want to make sure everyone is agreeable and no one is being short-changed of.
Call me a peacekeeper yo!

Those stuff I mention above are not counting stuff for my friends and colleagues....
That's NOT alot considering the fact my friends bought wayyy more than me.
I could probably be the most conservative of all.

Yes, Bangkok is definitely the place to literally "sweep" goods BUT the fashion is kinda not for me...
I hardly wear graphic tees (there are TONS of them) and according to RS' theory, the things are indeed dirt cheap there which will tempt people to buy but once you return to Singapore, you hardly wear them.
True or not? I can't say for sure since I only bought 2 tops, 1 pair of pants, 3 dresses for myself.
Oh my, so embarrassing.
The bags and shoes and accessories will be constantly used though since they can be for everyday wear.
My wardrobe is bursting, I should probably throw old and unused clothes away to make space for new ones!

PS: There will be another post on my BKK trip - I wanna post some funny, cheeky photos but for now, it's mugging for exams so I'll be back after National Day! Stay tuned~

#1299: Pre Bangkok mini vacation

It's 1.32am right now and I should really take a short 2 hour nap but I feel obligated to blog so here I am!
Yes I will be leaving for Bangkok, Asia's Sin City in... approximately 5 hours when the plane takes off at 630am.
I don't know if I can blog there like last June where I get to luxuriously enjoy free wireless Internet but the hotel that I am staying at this time does not provide such privileges.
If I can, I would update the happenings right here alright!
Man, I have not even finish packing my luggage!
Okay, gotta go, I love my life and I hope to be back in sunny Singapore soon!

Toodles~
