#1061: It was a good Sunday.

I had full twelve hours (or probably more if not for Buddy's sms) of sleep today.
Energized. Hangover and tummyache no more. :)))
I had 3 people wishing me good morning and it felt good.
These three are significant people in my life. :)

Was supposed to travel to buddy's house in Yishun to taste his pasta but received his call in the end saying that he would not want me to go because it was raining heavily over at the other side of Singapore.
Okayyyy lorrrr...I can nua at home. Heehee.
Skyped with him for 45 minutes while I surfed the net.
Made cereal for breakfast. Yum yum.

Had to meet up with Brian today to pass him his iTouch cos he left it in my bag on Friday night.
Popeye's.
His void deck.
Bedok Inter.
In the end, it was finalised to be Siglap Centre cos he needed to get Velcro.

"Why would you need velcro?"

"I need to velcro XXX and XXX together."

HAHAHAHA! Damn funny! CRAZY.

It was my first time going to Siglap Centre after living in the East for the whole of my life.
Mountain tortoise I am, I know.
Guess that area is a community for caucasians.
I saw many of them on the streets.

After Brian was done with his grocery shopping in Cold Storage, he brought me to this Le Viet Cafe & Restaurant for "awesome Vietnamese coffee".
After settling in the restaurant for less than 5 minutes, I got a call from Joanne.
She then came to join us.
Had Vietnamese crispy springrolls as finger food and the coffee.

I think I was super throw face.
I actually had to ask what those white stuff beneath the coffee were.
She replied "milk" and Brian laughed out loud.
TSK.

My treat. Cos I felt I owed him alot in my drunken stupor.
The same goes to Danny and Shijie. SIGH.

When it was time for Jo to go to work, we followed her to Blooie's.
It was real ulu but cosy. I like.
It was located amidst the terraces and it felt like a maze.
Managed to get out of the maze with Brian's "so-so" navigational skills though.

I like a peaceful weekend.
No drama.

#1060: I am a Fallen Angel.

I don't want people to call me "坏女孩", much less my friends.
But the thing is, I have been misbehaving.

It feels scary waking up not remembering anything and finding myself in a foreign house.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No recollection of what happened or whatsoever.
The hangover was insane. And worse, I smelled like I bathed in vodka.

So, for now, I will be abstaining from alcohol.
Someone pass me the Jolly Shandy please.

Some say "third time's lucky".
It definitely did not work in my case.

Worked from 9am to 7pm on Friday.
Naturally shagged.
Met Brian for dinner.
Popeye's was full. Settled for KFC.
Danny came to find us at about 8 plus.
Decided to go catch a movie but the available slots for 2012 were all full except for one at 1235am.
No choice but to go for that.

After buying the tickets, we had like THREE HOURS to slack before the movie begins.
Strolled to the park connector and found ourselves a serene spot to chill.
Of all games to play, we had to play "Truth or Dare".
Danny danced the "Visa Card Ad" while Brian sang "Baa Baa Black Sheep".
KNS FREAKING FUNNY!
And I went up to a dude and exclaimed, "Hey I think you are damn handsome man!"
I had another dare whereby I need to go up to a couple and ask them how to head to Disneyland.
I chickened out and asked how to get to Tampines Mall instead.
I seriously cannot do it sia. KNS DISNEYLAND?! Wah lauuuu..... LOL.
There was also one where Brian had to act like he lost his dog and asked those innocent people sitting nearby whether they have seen his dog.
He had to act frantic and all and both Danny and I were exploding in laughter man seriously.
It was....a hell load of crap but entertaining nonetheless.

With almost an hour left before the movie, we went back to TM and sat at Mac.
All three of us were occupied with our tech gadgets and made full use of Wireless @ SG.
We were really absorbed in the net and seemed like we were oblivious to the surroundings. HAHA!

Finally, it was time to head to the theatre.
We happily entered the theatre and sat there comfortably until... "A Christmas Carol" started to come on screen.
All three of us stared at the screen and were dazed for a moment.
Then, we checked our tickets and realised, yes we bought tickets for 2012 and why in the world would it screen "A Christmas Carol"?!
We then scurried out of the theatre with the both of them swearing behind me and it was at that point of time that we realised we went into the wrong cinema.
-.-

2012 was a brilliant movie, albeit it was kinda unrealistic that the main characters could escape death among the crumbling mountains and volcanic eruptions.
The computer graphics effects were splendid and although some may complain it was way too long (2.5hours), it was really worth the watch though I have to admit that I did catch a wink during those boring parts. Heehee.
Too tired laaaaaaa.

When we came out of the cinema, it was already past 3am.
Flagged a cab to Danny's place.
I refused to let them cab me home cos I can simply walk back from Danny's house.
I don't know for what reason but all of three of us ended up beside the pool with Absolut Mango and 4 fruit juice packets.

I made a disclaimer right from the beginning that I would not touch alcohol.
I would not want to get drunk.
So I merely sat there watching the two of them play guessing games and the loser would have to drink as forfeit.
After a while, two persons playing could seem boring so they asked me to join.
I hesitated.
When I lost and Brian handed me the glass, I stared at it for a loooong time.
I gulped it down in the end and that was a mistake.

I lost continuously and the most I drank in all was a full glass.
I crashed without warning.
And I lost memory from there.
The next morning I woke up to my handphone's alarm ringing tone, I found myself in Shijie's house.

I.N S.H.I.J.I.E.'S H.O.U.S.E.
Why in the world would I be at Shijie's house!!!!

The story goes like this....
After I zonked out, both Brian and Danny tried to shake me awake but I was gone.
Totally gone.
That was the third time in my life that I drank and I don't know why but it just got worse each time.
The last time at Alps Cafe, at least I know I was sleeping but for this time, I lost all consciousness.
My tummy ached as if the vodka was corroding my stomach.
It was acute pain.

I don't remember how I got transported to Shijie's house.
I had to listen to their accounts.
According to the guys, Danny fireman-carried me onto the cab.
Fireman-carry?!
It looks something like this.

oh.my.god.

I went speechless when they told me about it.
It's like, I don't know... I don't want all this to happen.
I definitely never see it coming.
I told them that they should have just throw me into the pool to sober myself up.

I don't know whether I was dreaming or was it real but I can remember someone patting my head and it felt soothing though it would not subside the pain in my tummy.
The person was probably either Brian or Danny and he kept saying, "it's going to be fine" and that was comforting to hear.
But then again, it was probably all my imagination. =/

According to them, I did try to resist but not for long.
I could not control my actions and they had me on each side to drag me onto the cab.
My head's like a pendulum and my limbs were dangling.
Somehow or rather, I got onto a cab and when I got out of it, I puked just outside the lift.
I puked. Yes I did.
For the first time under alcohol influence.
Shijie later told me in the morning that upon smelling my vomit, she knew it was mango vodka immediately.
It was THAT terrible.

Upon reaching Shijie's house, they probably threw me onto the mattress and let me sleep.
And all of these which I have just described, I don't have any freaking memory of it.

The next day I woke up, I had a horrible hangover.
It was unimaginably HORRRRIBLE.
The more I tried to recall what the hell happened, the worse it got.
I managed to stagger back home safely and boy was I darn fortunate that both my parents were out.
Otherwise, I would have gotten myself a lashing to get home tipsy.
Worse, I had work from noon to twelve.

Brian called at 1045am which was really lucky for me cos that woke me up.
I headed to bathe with an awful headache and dragged myself to work.
Everyone told me to drink hot tea to ease the hangover but it DID NOT work.
Paracetamols helped, though.
My tummy ached the whole day.
It really felt like the vodka was corroding my stomach.
AWFUL!

I DID NOT DRINK ALOT.
It was just ONE glass.
And all this had to happen.

I feel terribly apologetic to Shijie because I had to wake her up from her sleep and put up at her place.
I feel awfully guilty for having troubled Brian and Danny to take care of me.
I'm really fortunate to have two trustworthy guys with me.
I really shouldn't have gave in.

I'm not touching alcohol anytime soon.
I need to learn how to exercise self-control because I can easily collapse without warning.

#1059: 搞定了!(all thanks to BFF's rainbow)

I'm loving unlimited SMS+MMS!

She really took a photo of her butt (with shorts on OF COURSE) but I figured it will be really inappropriate to post it here so if anyone wants to take a look at it, kindly come to me personally.
HAHAHA! I'll be glad to share!

I blurred her face cos it was really unglam! LOL!

Man, life's a whole lot happier with this woman around. xD
Problem solved as well! I'm delighted!

#1058: Thank you people.

I appreciate the concern from across the board.
Thank you all.
Buddy's showing me disgusting photos to cheer me up and Diona shared this quote with me.
Very meaningful.

"Girls are like apples...
the best ones are at the top of the trees.
The boys don't want to reach for the good ones
because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt.
Instead, they just get the rotten apples
that are on the ground that aren't as good, but easy.
So the apples at the top think there is something wrong with them.
When, in reality, they are amazing.
They just have to wait for the right boy to come along,
the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree..."

#1057: I was brought to heaven and then to hell.

I haven't been feeling like this for over a year since the last one.
Hmms.
That kind of heartbreaking feeling with a tinge of sourness.
And when your friend calls you, you start to laugh and tear at the same time.
When your friend talks to you on MSN, you start to tear as well with ballads playing in the background.
Woohoo.

Anyways, I went to chop off my locks again today.
I don't know. Spending money makes me feel good.
Can numb whatever shitty feelings I have.
And chopping hair off feels really shiok.
It's like all those hair that are cut went away with all the troubles.

Just some hair that I managed to grab.

Goodbye hair, goodbye to you.

#1056: Thank you Buddy.

I am very grateful for having certain people in my life, and one of which is buddy.
I don't need to tell him much.
In fact, I didn't even tell him anything.
What I merely said was, "OVER LIAO OVER" and subsequently, I received the following message.

It really cracked me up. Serious. HAHAHA! So many dots leh!

Towards knocking off, I received his message asking me whether or not to have dinner with him.
He was willing to meet me from Ubi and then go home to Yishun leh!
Damn touched la! I didn't even need to ask him, though I very much wanted to but considering the distance between our homes, I'd figured it would be better not to.

He knew I was upset.
Buddy rocks man, seriously.

It was a reeeallly troubling yesternight.
I have no freaking idea what in the world happened and what all of it meant, thus making me feel unsettled for the whole of today.
My mood was totally affected and I couldn't even force a smile at work.
I was in a brooding frame of mind.
I tried my best already.
How much more obvious can I get man?
I'm just gonna leave it as it is.
I'm MISS NICE NO MORE!

Buddy was reaaaaaally comforting.
He taught me what I should do and blah, and his sharing of stories were hell interesting.
His past and prospective girlfriends were, and will be so blessed.
He's such a nice guy, so ever caring and loving.
TOO BAD we can only be BUDDIES for life. ;)

"If it is to be, it will be."

"BULLSHIT! You have to work for the results. Must fight! Don't wait till everything is too late and you start to regret."

"You know XXX told me that had I asked her earlier, we would have been together already."

"SEE, YOU SEE! Why wait! Those "if we are meant to be, we will be" is nothing but unrealistic nonsense! Apparently, you are regreting now. Wouldn't it be good if you had confessed to her earlier on?"

".........................................."

"I don't want this to happen to me man. But, I have already done all that I could."

"Let the guys do the job."

"Okay."

Buddy you are indispensable in my life yo.

#1055: The sun, the sand and the sea with the Kaplanians!

It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon.

I think I look retarded.

WE ARE COOL DUDE AND DUDETTE!

I may be a tad too tall horrrrr...... HAHA!

'

Woohoo vodka on the beach!

CHEERS!

Buddy outraged my modesty!

Several photos taken with dear buddy.

Buddy's pretty bad at drinking.
One cup down and he went red in the face, esp the ears.
Tsktsktsk.

He was trying to hide his red face behind the towel.

Both of us stone-faced. HAHAHA!

I like this photo alot. DAMN NICE!

Okay so he was UNWILLING to hold my arm, so am I.
My smile looked forced.

I'd rather hug Ornie. :)

Ya I think I have really grown fairer by sitting in the office all day long.

I was laughing at the boy to the farthest right all the time.
Look at his booty!
Like watermelon sia! HAHAHA!

The evening nightsky was gorrrrgeous.

Try spotting the crescent!

Had fair share of fun till 7plus.
Went over to HarbourFront Centre to have dinner at Pasta Mania.
I didn't eat cos I was meeting Brian for soccer at Simpang later on.
Y'all know la huh. Simpang=food!
However, while on my way there via train, I got a call from him saying it might rain and Simpang has no shelter.
Settled for Bedok Mac instead.
Liverpool vs Man City: 2-2.

I was just chatting with my buddy.
Look at our DPs!
Damn cute la!
